How we work

We believe a design that never gets built is not a design. So we stay close to the ground: we visit the site, we know the local market, and we design what can actually be built in Qamishli.

Every project goes through the two directors personally, from the first meeting to handover. No intermediary between you and the people designing your home.

   We listen to your needs and budget and visit the plot or the space.

   Concept design

   A first layout and space plan, reworked with you until it fits.

   Construction drawings

   Full drawings, details and quantities, ready for the contractor.

4. 04

   Site supervision

   Regular site visits so the work matches the design.
